Posted by We are happy to share that we, at ACRA, have completed a comprehensive study on evaluating the enabling environment for setting up a large scale industry in one of the key districts in Odisha. It was a super exciting learning for the team since during the course of the study we covered industry enabling environment from a 360 degree lens. The issues covered nuances from state and district economies to industrial relations, from connectivity to ground water availability, from physical and social infrastructure to crime incidences including extremist activities, from from local political influence in day to work to climate sensitivity of the locations, from labour migration to consumer demography and multiple other issues which impact industrial operations.
We thank all stakeholders who supported us during this study with their inputs and feedback. We are grateful to the client (name cannot be disclosed because of confidentiality agreement) for selecting ACRA and commissioning the study. A super learning for the entire team, especially from the point of view of screening nuances relating to locational attributes for setting up of large scale industries.
