Forecasting Ultra-processed food for next 10 years and identifying the impacts of Civid19 on the same

We are working on a new study in collaboration with Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relation (ICRIER) and World Health Organisation (WHO). The study is related to consumption of ultra-processed foods. The primary aim to forecast consumption of the ultra-processed foods for next 10 years. It will also try to explore the consumption changes took place during the Covid19 peak period. We look for for an enjoyable learning for the team involved.
